It All Started with… 

Our story is told from the perspective of the students in 8th Grade Class A. It all began with a special and unique idea from two teachers in different subject areas (geography and science) who decided to collaborate and, from among the many ideas that came up, chose to focus on a science project of jellyfish.

We felt it was necessary to shake up the sometimes mundane learning routine by introducing a new, interesting, and fascinating research topic. During one of the lessons, the question arose: Do jellyfish live “forever?” To find the answer, we researched (in groups) the life cycle of jellyfish and discovered that this is indeed possible; the explanation will be provided in the following story.
